PEARL RIVER RESORTS NAMES LAWRENCE KOVACH

CHOCTAW, Miss. (May 6, 2008) The Choctaw Resort Development Enterprise (CRDE), a business enterprise of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, today announced the appointment of financial veteran Lawrence Kovach as the new chief financial officer (CFO) of its resort portfolio, Pearl River Resort. Kovach will account for the overall financial operations of all the properties in the CRDE portfolio, including the Silver Star Hotel & Casino, Golden Moon Hotel & Casino, Geyser Falls Water Park and Dancing Rabbit Golf Club.
“We couldn’t be happier that Larry decided to join our team,” said General Paul Harvey, president and chief executive officer for Pearl River Resort. “Larry’s financial leadership will ensure Pearl River Resort remains an upstanding corporate citizen, as well as an anchor of the gaming industry in the Southeast.”
With more than 40 years of experience, the last seven of which with a Tribal gaming organization, Kovach is a seasoned veteran of the financial and gaming industries. He started his career at Price Waterhouse where he rose to become the national director of financial services. From there, Lawrence went on to be the chief operating officer at law firms in Dallas, TX, Columbus, OH and El Paso, TX.
For the past seven years, Kovach has been the primary financial executive for the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde Community of Oregon. In that role he directed the Tribal government’s accounting practices and financial planning. At the same time, Kovach was interim CFO for Spirit Mountain Casino as well as CFO for the Grand Ronde Food and Fuel Company, Spirit Mountain Management Consulting, Inc., and Spirit Mountain Development Corporation.
“While I enjoyed my time working in professional services, I treasure my work with Native American Tribes,” remarked Kovach. “In some respects, I am in the legacy part of my career and to be able to see the impact on the quality of life for Tribal members - education, housing, healthcare - is an unbelievable gift.”

GOLDEN MOON CASINO NAMED EXCLUSIVE
SPONSOR OF CLUB LEVEL AT TURNER FIELD ...continue
March 24, 2008 - Atlanta, GA - The Golden Moon Hotel and Casino announced
today that it has signed a multi-year sponsorship agreement with the Atlanta
Braves, beginning with the 2008 season, which includes naming rights for Turner
Field's luxury Club Level.
The Golden Moon Casino will be showcased throughout the Club Level. Other
elements of their sponsorship include a BravesVision in-game feature, LED
signage and tarp cover logo placement. The Golden Moon Casino Level encompasses
all of Turner Field's luxury suites, an air-conditioned concourse, restaurant
areas, concessions and the Braves Hall of Fame exhibit.
"This high-profile, brand building program is an excellent opportunity to not
only introduce the Golden Moon Casino to the City of Atlanta, but also to

Al Green to headline at Silver Star Hotel & Casino in April

CHOCTAW, Miss. (March 7, 2008) Guests to Pearl River Resort can
catch legendary soul singer Al Green in concert at the Silver Star Convention
Center, Thursday April 3, at 9 p.m.
Green released a series of hits that introduced his amazing
voice to the world with songs like: "Lets Stay Together," "I Cant Get Next to
You," "Tired of Being Alone," "Im Still in Love With You," "Call Me," "Lets Get
Married," "Here I Am" and "Love and Happiness."
He began singing professionally at age nine when he and his
brothers formed a gospel quartet in their hometown of Forest City, Arkansas. The
group toured the gospel circuits in the south, then began performing around
Michigan when the family moved to Grand Rapids. By age 16 Green had his first
hit when he formed a pop group with friends, Al Green and the Creations and
released the single, "Back Up Train" in 1967, reaching number five on the
R&B charts.

CHOCTAW, Miss. (March 14, 2008) Pearl River Resort and Dancing Rabbit Golf
Club received another distinguished accolade as Golf Magazine placed them among
golf's best 75 destinations in the April 2008 issue.
A first-time honor for Pearl River Resort, Golf Magazine's annual list of the
Best Resorts gave the Mississippi destination a Silver Medal Award.
Golf Magazine's premier resorts are based on four criteria; golf, lodging,
food and drink and service and are chosen by the readers of the publication.
More than 8,000 travelers participated in the 20th anniversary poll, which for
the first time included Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.
